We guarantee our customers, for the period of 3 (three) years after the issuance of the invoice, technical assistance services for any defects caused by manufacturing or component failure that makes them inappropriate for the use they are intended.

To validate the guarantee, it is necessary to send the instrument properly packed, including a copy of the invoice to: Av. Theodomiro Porto da Fonseca, 3101 / Unit 6, São Leopoldo / RS CEP: 93022-715 OR TO AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR..

The period for repairing of the product will not exceed 10 working days, counted from the date of receipt in our laboratory.

Conditions not covered by the warranty:

Exposure to excessive heat (above 65 °C)

Damage caused by impact

Damage caused by misuse

Damage caused from falling or breaking the LEDs

Opening the instrument without authorization (Breach of the seal)

We introduce you the third generation of our acoustic calibrator, a portable device that stands out due to its modern design, digital display and an exclusive soft touch system. It has the differential of an internal rechargeable battery, with an autonomy of 1000 calibration cycles, eliminating the use of disposable batteries and reducing the need for maintenance.

The equipment operates at nominal levels of 114 dB and 94 dB, at a frequency of 1000 Hz. Its carries out calibrations of noise dosimeters and sound level meters, instruments whose function is to carry out measurements of personal and environmental noise. The CR2 plus is manufactured in Brazil and is designed for use with instruments that contain a ½” microphone.
